Stage 1 of 5
The roots: our core needs
Like us, a tree depends on strong foundations to grow and thrive. Its roots—much like the core needs we strive to attain—draw in the essential nutrients required for stability and growth. When these nutrients are absorbed, the tree has the support it needs to flourish.
Core needs may include
Select a need to trace its path from a root up to a flower.
The trunk: the body
The trunk represents the body: steady, resilient, and responsible for holding everything together. It connects what lies beneath the surface to what is visible above.
The branches and leaves: the mind
The leaves and branches reflect the mind—dynamic, ever-changing, and in need of regular care. Just as a tree requires pruning to remain healthy and balanced, our minds also benefit from ongoing attention and refinement.
Tending the whole tree
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental wellbeing. Growth requires regularly tending to both our roots and our branches—nourishing what sustains us and thoughtfully shaping what we carry forward.
Where we invest
We invest in three therapeutic practices: music therapy, art therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Each is scientifically proven and can be used by people of all ages and backgrounds. Our goal is to expand access to all three.
